You look forward to climbing on the ladder every winter, channeling your inner Griswold, risking life and limb to hang holiday lights, but with the permanent holiday lighting controlled from your phone, you don't get to do that anymore. You love the look and fun of running internet cables and speaker wire all over the house, so you'll be annoyed at the integrated and built in household internet, included TV and built in surround sound. With spring just around the corner, you are looking forward to an hour of mowing every 5 days, so this xeriscaped yard with a small patch of grass that can be mowed in 10 minutes with a battery powered mower will add to your disappointment with this home. Luckily, this floor plan with the Master suite on the Main level is pretty rare and there are only a couple of homes with this floorplan in the entire community, so you should be able to find your jammed up 4-5 bedroom home pretty quickly.
